Our firm’s foundation was built on four core principles; integrity, communication, transparency and consistency. We believe operating by these principles will enable us to provide true value to our partners. We understand that all relationships are a journey and we are passionate about that process. Our lead steward in this endeavor is Bart Alspaugh, our President and Founder. With thirty years experience in the construction industry and a focus on building code application and administration the last eighteen years Bart is well prepared to lead CCS. It was his vision and passion for this industry along with the people we have the pleasure of working with that led him to the founding of Code Compliance Solutions.
